Vacation!

Hey everyone! So tomorrow I'll be leaving for a week in Spain, I'm so excited! Anyways, I won't be posting until September 2nd so I wanted to let you know. I'm hoping to do some shopping there so I will probably be back with a haul. I want to get some good hair products because my hair will be super damaged from the clorene, the sun and all that bad stuff. Also I really want a nice lipstain that I can wear on a daily basis. Like I said, haul comming soon! So that will be it for today, bye guys! xx

In and out #1

Hey guys! So from now on I will start to post some of these "In and out", where I will let you know what things I have been loving and not loving as much. So what's in for me:

Health- So lately I've been really into this whole healty vibe. First of all I have been having a lot more sleep wich is really nice for my body in general. I have also been eating healty, I guess that's because I'm at home a lot, so I can eat whatever I want. I've been having a lot of fruit wich I love! I am really liking watermelons and peaches lately. Finally I have been drinking a lot of water. So with all my healty choises I notice my hair is a lot better, and my skin as well since I haven't been breaking out.

Master Chef USA- I was never interested in cooking, until now. But Master Chef is actually super fun, the challenges are amazing and the dishes are so yummy. I've been loving it!

Tumblr and summery music- So I have always loved Tumblr but right now there are so many blogs with lovely beaches, tropical florests and yummy fruit, I'm always there. It's so relaxing and a great way to loose track of time and waste my summer. :) Also Tumblr is a good way to find nice music for summer

My lovely Tumblr, I follow back: http://rosy-peaches.tumblr.com/

Natural products and Lush - Also I've been loving natural products. Since I went to Lush last month I got really into them. Also with Lush I  learned what natural ingredients I should look for in my products (shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, argan oil, etc) so that's really cool. This summer I will go to Spain, and on my trip back I may stop by and go to Lush, I'm so happy!

Pretty Little Liars and Drew Van Acker- So my last obcession has been going on for a while, and that is PPL. About a month ago I started to watch it, and now I'm watching the third season. I still love it because the outfits are even better, plus we get to see more Jason (Drew Van Acker), and I think most of us are happy about that. :)

So now here's what's out for me:
Back to school- I'm not excited at all for back to school. It's going to be the same boring classes, the same teachers and the same people. I want summer, not school!

Shopping- Of course I love shopping, but I'm really happy I've been able to save some money for my trip to Spain (and eventually to Lush)! I noticed that with my blog, I have been going back to my old products and using them up, instead of thinking only about buying more, so that's really nice!

So I hope you enjoyed, xxx

Vacation essentials!

Hey everyone! So today my parents booked us a week on a really nice hotel in Spain! I just love Spain and the spanish girls' laid back vibe, their pretty clothes and amazing hair. So today I am posting my vacation essentials, the ones that will make me look like a spanish señorita!
So let's talk about my beach and pool essentials... Well the first essential is obviously sunscreen. For my body I use Garnier Ambre Solaire Clear Protect+ with spf 20 (center). This is amazing, it's a very light, not sticky spray. It doesn't leave any weird spots and it protects my skin (I never get sunburn). For my face I use the Nivea Sun Anti-age with spf 30 (right). Your face sunscreen should have higher spf, and make sure it has UVA protection as well, because UVA rays are responsable for the wrinkles and spots that you get as you age. I also use spf on my lips with the Labello (nivea) Sun Protect spf 30 (right). This is opaque yellow, and unfortunatly it does show up like that, but it's the highest spf that I own so I end up wearing it even if I don't like the color. I swatched Nivea on top and the Labello on the bottom. When it comes to nivea, when you blend it in it disappers completely wich is good, because some facial sunscreens can leave a white residue and make you look pale.

My other essential will have to be the Garnier Ultra Suave leave-in conditioner. You know when you go into the sea and when your hair dries it gets super thick and salty, and it's really annoying? Well when my hair dries I just spray it all over and it leaves it feeling nice and light weight. Plus it smells very summery, like cherries. To be honest, you should have a product like this but with spf as well, I am just too much of a cheapy to buy a specific one to use for only a week. I'm sorry there's no pic but you can find it in my haircare routine.

So after the beach let's get ready for nigh time! First you want to shampoo your hair. If you're on vacation you are probably washing your hair everyday, so pick up a clarifying, light weight shampoo. The Garneir Ultra Suave 5 plants is a great drugstore product. Also you wanna give your hair a nice dose of your favourite moisturizing conditioner, and you wanna bring a deep conditioner as well (don't use it everyday of course.)

So that should be it for hair. As for your body, stop exfoliating! Do it before the beach, but as soon as you start to tan, don't do it. You don't want to rub off your gorgeous tan! Bring a lot of lotions, my favourite scent for summer is coconut, it's so good! I have the coconut milk body lotion from Sephora. Also remeber to bring some after sun. I use the Garnier Ambre Solaire Golden Touch, it' calms the skin and helps the tan last longer. And don't forget to bring your fave perfume. Lately I've been loving Lemon Merengue by DKNY.

So here's a swatch of the coconut body lotion on the top, and also the Golden Touch on the bottom. It's peachy with some glitters. Once you blend it in it leaves a great shimmer on your body that's super pretty for the warm summer nights. So that will be it for my essentials, enjoy the summer guys!

Summer empties!

Hey guys! Here are my summer empties. I guess you could see this as a review because I'm telling you my opininon on these products. I won't be rating these because I loved all them, I only have super positive reviews, so I'd rate all them with 10/10.

So the first product I've used up is the Palmolive Naturals Milk and Honey body wash. I keep going back to this product, I've gone through so many of these. It smells amazing, slightly like honey. It's a milky consistency, it cleans my skin really well and leaves it soft and smelling good (the scent actually stays but it's not overpowering at all). The packaging is nice, and it lasts me about a month, plus it's quite cheap. I use it almost everyday as a regular body wash. I use it on my whole body (except my face, but it's not oily so I guess you could do it). You can also use it on a loofa and it will lather up really well into this amazing foam. Once in a while I use it in my bath, it leaves the water creamy and honey scented (it's really relaxing).  You can also use it for shaving like I do, and after you shave because it really calms  the skin (wich I also do). So this is an amazing multitasking product, of course I've re-purchased it.

So the next product is a conditioner. This is one of my beloved Herbal Essences conditioners, and as always I loved it. I've never tried this particluar one, it's called Uplifting Volume. I'm not sure if it does give volume but it smells amazing (very tropical, like passion fruit I believe). I use it everytime I wash my hair after I've shampooed. I take a generous pump and run it through my ends. It leaves them really shiny and soft, plus it saves me a lot of time because my hair isn't as tangly. Plus their super cheap. The only thing I would change is the lid, it's not the best I've seen but it's okay. I really recommend these conditioners for any type of hair, they're really good. Obvisously I already have a new one to replace it.

So then I have a lip product. I'm really sad I haven't re-purchased this yet because I really loved it. This is the Labello (nivea) Soft Rose. It's a super moisturizing, long lasting lip balm. I would describe it more as a lip butter because it's so creamy. It smells nice (not like roses tho) and it gives my lips a nice, pinky sheen. It's super cheap, probably the cheapest out of all my lip balms, but it's great quality tho. The package is great, just a regular twist up, plus the lid is super pretty, pink with some flowers. Really feminine. I really recommend this and I'm deffinatly re-purchasing it any time soon.
I also finished two moisturizers. The first one is the Clarins
Daily Energizing Cream. It's very, very light and feels amazing on your skin (doesn't break me out). It leaves it soft and hydrated all day, and it's really good for normal to dry skin.  I don't know what's the price of this product because it was a gift, but this is the travell size. The package is nice, I like it, and I also like the scent, it smells very fresh.

The second one is the Avéne Hydrance Optimale Light Hydrating Cream. This one is a bit thicker than Clarins but it's very nice as well, I use it as my everyday/night moisturizer. The packaging is pretty similar, but the scent isn't as good as the other one, it's more of a clean scent. It has spf 20 so that's really nice for day time. It's recommended for normal and sensitive skin, so it doesn't break me out. I don't know the exact price but it's around 12€. Recommend both!

So the last product is another hair product, and it's also from Herbal Essences. It's the soft and smooth hair serum. To be honest the one I used up was the dazzling shine (light green one), but I  don't have it anymore so I took a picture of my new one beacuse they're the same product, only with different scents. I loved both of them- I use this on damp hair, especially the ends, and I use what's left to give some volume to my roots (but carefully so them don't get greasy). This not only gives volume, it also softens the ends and leaves them shiny. I like both scents but I prefer this one because it smells like grapefruit wich I really like. I totally recommend this product if you have dry ends or just really like soft, healty looking hair.
