Cinnamon and Honey Hot Drink for Fall ♥

Hey guys! Yesterday I posted my little hot chocolate recipe and it was actually really fun to do. So here is another one, this one I just made up in the moment and I loved the way it turned out, so I'm posting it! By the way, I have the same, lady bug cute mug! So you want to start with hot milk. But isntead of heating up a whole mug of milk, I like to mix half hot water and half cold milk. It's still nice and warm but you can drink it imidiatly. Then I just add one tbsp of honey and a bit of cinnamon. These are both strong flavours so be carefull!  It doesn't look very nice but I promise you it's delicious! Let me know if you try it out. ♥

Review- Stay smooth this Winter with Veet! ♥

Hey guys! So like I promised, today I will be doing a full review on this amazing cream that will give you smooth legs without shaving! I hope this is helpfull! ♥

So this product is from Veet, it's called Hydro Restor Hair Removal Cream and it's an amazing "shaving" cream that doesn't include actual shaving. It comes in two forms: teere's a cream and a spray. Let's compare them:

Spray:
♥ It's easier to manage, you apply it directly on to your skin, so it's better if you're new with this product.

Cream:
♥ You pay a couple more euros but get a lot more product and you don't waste as much.  I have a bit more experience with it so I always get this one, it's a great deal!

So it's really simple. You want to start by coating the area you want to shave with a good amount of product (don't to this in the shower, your skin must be dry before this). I recommend testing on a small piece first, in case you're allergic to something. You wait 5-10 minutes, it's okay if a little bit is absorbed, just make sure you still have product left. Then you just take this little tool that it comes with and you scrape it off. The hair should just come out like that. Then I just jump into the shower and wash it off. Your legs will fell so incredibly smooth, it's amazing! And that's it, simple right?

After shaving care:
♥ After washing off the excess cream, I like to pamper myself and use a super moisturizing bo wash. I love this one from Rituals, it's called the Foaming Shower Gel Sensation and I love how it lathers up into this amazing, nourishing foam! It's in the scent Fujiyama and it smells like mandarins and fresh mint, it's lovely!
♥ After I shower, I do one final step: moisturizing! I like to use the matching lotion, it's called Mandarin Delight and it has the same scent. It's super moisturizing and the perfect finishing product for this whole process.

So here are the reasons why you should buy it:
♥ It's not painfull at all, and there isn't the possability of you cutting yourself accidently, because there isn't a razor involved, just a plastic tool. Perfect for beginners!
♥ It's specially designed for sensitive skin, so it won't irritate, plus is has restoring and moisturizing properties.
♥ You pay the same price for a razor, plus the regular shaving cream, wich means it's cheaper to get a cream that will do it all for the same price.
♥ Your legs will stay super smooth for 3-4 days. Then it starts growing back, but it will last you at least a week before the hair is even noticable. Plus, it weakens the hair, so when it does grow back, it's not as itchy as if you would do it with a razor.

So has you can see, it's a great alternative to shaving, I deffinatly recommend it!

Just chilling with my hot chocolate ♥

Hi again! I was just chilling in the kitchen, drinking my hot chocolate, and I thought I would show you guys really quickly! So I just throw some cocoa powder on my cute ladybug mug, my favourite is Nesquick. You can see I have two huge cans of it. :) I just add some milk and heat it up. Add some cookies (two digestive, some regular, both delicious) and you're done! This is my favourite snack when I'm at home, it's delicious. Hope you liked it! ♥

Fall Beauty- Essentials! ♥

FALL BEAUTY ESSENTIALS!

Milk and Honey Cream Wash by Palmolive- A soft, moisturizing body wash is my no.1 must have. My skin can get really dry, and when I'm in a rush and I don't have to fully moisturize my body, this is a life saver. Plus it smells amazing, very subtle honey scented.

Veet Hydro Restor- This is the best shaving cream for me. It leaves your legs so, so smooth, you won't even believe it! Perfect for the colder months. Full review coming soon!

Mandarin Delight by Rituals- This is one of my holy grail products. It's the perfect texture, and smells amazing, like fresh mint and mandarins. The scent is really nice, it's fresh but at the same time it's relaxing.

Avéne Hydrance Optimale- My skin is combination to dry, but in the Fall time it can get way to dry and disgusting. This fully moisturizes without being greasy, leaving my skin soft with a healthy glow.

Labello Milk and Honey- I suggest any kind of lipbalm, but I'm including this one because for me, this is the most moisturizing drugstore lipbalm. The scent is amazing, like real honey, and a little goes a long way. It's creamy texture leaves my lips feeling smooth and nice.

R&B by Lush- This is the only hair product I'm recommending, but it's one of my discoveries. This product has a lot of negative reviews, but for me it's really handy and I love that the jasmine scent of it lingers on my hair. My hair is already kind of frizzy, but the rain just makes it worse. I do notice that when I apply this to my ends after washing, it gets a lot less frizzy. It's really good, and you only need a little bit!

Aloe hand cream by J.S Douglas Sohne- This is actually my mom's, I usually don't like hand creams so I don' buy them for myself. I'm really picky with the greasy residue they leave, but I like this one because it just leaves my hands soft and silky. It's lightly aloe scented and really nice for the cold weather.

So that's it guys, hope you enjoyed

Fall Loves ♥♥♥

Hey guys! Today I will be telling you guys about some of the things I love during Fall. I hope you enjoy it!
1. Favorite clothing item?
Cozy, cableknit sweaters! I've been loving a cream one from Mango, it's warm but not too much, perfect for those chilly Fall days.

2. Favorite hair product?
With the rainy days, my hair can get so fizzy! R&B by Lush is an amazing all year around product, but specially fot the Fall. It not only moisturizes the hair, it also reduces the fizz I get.

3. A beauty product I can't live without?
Lip balm! With the cold weather my lips can get super chapped and dry, so I can't live without it.

4. Favorite colours?
For the fall time I love cream, nude, brown, navy blue and sometimes red for a pop of colour.

5. Best Fall scent?
I love spicy, cinnamon scents, but my favorite has to be Vanilla, I love it! For this time of the year I wear my DKNY delicious perfume a lot. I have the limited edition Creamy Merengue, and it's smells like lemons and vanilla, it's delicious!

6. Favorite drink?
Hot chocolate! I love it on the cold Sundays when I'm at home studying and want something delicious to get my mind out of it for a couple of minutes.

7. Favorite dessert?
Apple pie!

8. Favorite candy?
Spicy cinnamon gum, I shouldn't eat gum because of my braces but I love this one so much, it's my kind of guilty pleasure.

-Louise

DIY Lip Scrub using Toothpaste!

Hey guys! So Fall is just around the corner, and with it comes the cold weather, so our lips can get super chapped and not very pretty to look at. In those days, there's nothing better than a lip scrub, but to be honest they're quite expensive and I'd rather spend my money on other stuff. That's why I like to make my own, that's what I'll talk about today.

If you google sugar lip srub recipes, wich I've done a billion times, they all include either clear vaseline, wich I don't have, or the classic mix of honey and olive oil. Let's be honest, it works well but smells and tastes gross. What I like to do to scrub my lips is actually use toothpaste. I've done it a few times an it works amazing, but there's nothing on youtube or blogs about it, so I decided to show you guys. Here's how I do it.

So the main ingredient is sugar. I like to use just regular sugar that you have around the house, but I guess you could use brown sugar or anything else you'd like. For my base, I replaced honey/ vaseline with toothpaste. It's not moisturizing like the original ingredients, but after I scrub my lips, I lick it off anyways, and then I use a lip balm. Make sure you use a toothpaste that isn't too thick, just thick enough. I'm using Colgate Herbal Mineral Salts. Depending on what you use, either it's mint or strawberry flavoured, just take a pea size amount and mix it with half a tbsp of the sugar you picked and mix it on the palm of your hand. Then just apply it to your lips and gently scrub them to remove the dead skin.

Srub for about a minute, and then either wash it off, or lick it if you like the flavour. I guess you could store it in the fridge or something, but it would most likely dry. Since it's so easy to make, I just do some more everytime I use it, so it's fresh and nice. For the perfect finished lips, put on some kind of lip treatment to really moisturize your lips. I'm using letibalm. This little combo will leave your lips full, soft and moisturized, with a natural pinky tint. Looks gorgeous!

I hope you liked my idea, let me know if you try it out! xx

Review- Yes to carrots lip butters!

Yes to carrots lip butters
Hey, guys, I'm back! I just updated this post with some more information, but I will be posting some new stuff soon.  Anyways, I love these lip butters! They're very soft and mositurizing, plus they all smell amazing. They're clear and don't have a taste, so everyone will like them. Because of the more waxy texture, you have to reaply them maybe every hour or so, but one tube will last you forever! They run very cheap and are available at Sephora in 5 different scents. I have the berry and melon (both amazing, melon's my favourite), but I'd love to have the whole collection, I'll probabaly go for the mint one next time.

Some nice ingredients (all organic): Coconut oil, olive oil, beeswax, joboba seed oil, sunflower seed oil, shea butter, orange peel extract, carrot root extract and pumpkin seed extract.

More posts comming soon!
