❅ Winterlicious Tag ❅

Hey guys! I'm really sorry I haven't posted in so long, I've been super busy lately, but anyways, today I'm doing the Winterlicious tag. I hope you enjoy it!

1) Favorite Winter Nail Polish? I don't know if I already told you this, but my mom is allergic to the main component of nail polish, wich is really sad. That's why I never wear it.
2) Favorite Winter lip product? I love the Labello Fruity shine lipbalm, because it's really mositurizing, great for winter chapped lips, and also it give a gorgeous red tint and pretty glow to your lips, plus it smells like cherries and is really cheap! What else can you ask for?
3) Most worn Winter clothing piece? Cableknit sweaters are my favourite piece for the chilly days, I love cream coloured ones!
4) Most worn Winter accessory? This is really funny but I love cute socks in the winter. Even though you can't see them, I know they're there and there's something really festive about it. :)
5) Favorite winter scent/candle? In the winter, my favourite scent is vanilla, I really love anything vanilla, specially my candles, my sephora creamy body wash and my DKNY creamy merengue perfume is lovely.
6) Favorite Winter beverage? Hot cocoa, of course!
7) All time favorite Christmas/Holiday movie? I've seriously watched Home Alone like 30 times, I watch it every year over and over. I already know what's gonna happen but I still laugh like it's the first time, it's so cute!
8) Favorite Christmas/Holiday song? Yes, I listen to Mariah Carry all through out christmas, it's so funny. But now serisouly, I just love the classics, there's something so festive about them. The one I alays sing along to is Let it snow.
9) Favorite Holiday food/treat? Gingerbread cookies and Ferrero Rocher. I love the chocolate itself but I mainly get it because it's so chic and the fact that it's only sold in winter makes me crave it even more!
10) What is your favorite Christmas Decoration this year? I haven't put up my decorations yet, but my favourite part are the lights in the christmas tree, I feel like it isn't complete without them.
11) What's at the top of your Christmas list? Today I bought a lovely new perfume, but I'll only open it in the christmas eve. It's Lulu Rose but Lulu Castagnette. It's really funny because my name is louise so that's cute, and the scent is so perfect. I'm not great at describing scents, but there's a lot of floral in it, mainly roses. Also the bottle is beautiful!
12) What are your plans for the holidays this year? Just the traditional, cosy christmas with all my family. I just love family time, we play fun games all night and listen to christmas music, watch like a thousand movies and eat desserts until midnight, and then we open the presents. I just love christmas so much!

Clinique 3 Step Sistem- First Impressions ♥

Hey guys! So for my birthday I recieved the Clinique 3 Step Sistem, and  I've been wanting to try it since then. I only started to use it this month, but I wanted to share my first impressions with you guys, so here they are!

So the day I bought this, I went to the Clinique counter and asked the lady if she could recommend me some good skincare products for young, blemish prone skin. There are 3 different ranges, for the different skin types. She recommended number 2 for me, wich is dry to combination skin, and then she tried it on me. If you're considering buying this sistem, I think you should ask the people there to recommend what they think it's best, and maybe trying it on before purchasing.
Before we start, none of the products broke me out, they're all great quality. My only problem with them is the fact that they're unfragranced. I guess that's good for sensitive skin tho.

The sistem includes a cleanser, toner and mositurizer. I haven't used the cleanser a lot, but I did like it. The packaging is nice, the gel texture is really gentle yet it depply cleans my skin, and leaves it fresh and soft. The toner is very clarifying. I wouldn' recommend using it morning and night, it may dry out your skin. It's really good if you've been out all day, and you have a lot of build up on your skin. This will reduce break outs. Finally, there's the moisturizer wich is probably my favourite part. It leaves my skin soft and matte, wich I love. The only down side of it is the package- it's supper pretty but not very practical, because there isn't a pump.

So these are my first impressions. I loved the overall results, and I will definatly reprurchase these products. I totally recommend these if you want healthy, good looking skin. Hope it was helpfull! ♥♥♥

Tag- Shopping my stash ♥

Hey guys! So today I'm doing the Shopping my stash Tag! I thought it was a really interesting one, bacause this internet beauty comunnity can be tricky and lead you into buying too many products, and a lot of them you don't even get to use that much. So in this tag you basicly go searching for products you already have in your stash and that you forgot about, and just give them some use. I think this is really cool, it's a cheap and fun way to try new products, plus you find a lot of good stuff you didn't even know you had. So I put together some products I found in my stash- skincare, body care and fragrance. In a couple of weeks I will post a review, and let you know my first impressions on these goodies. I hope you like this! ♥

Clinique Three Step Sistem Skincare Kit I know what you're thinking, it's praticly a crime to have these products and not use them! I actually got them for my birthday in July, but I decided to store them away, and only open them up after using up my current products. The truth is I forgot about it! The other day I the box them and decided to give it a try... I was realy impressed with everything!

Agatha Ruiz de La Prada Kiwi Lip Balm I re-descovered these babies this week, and posted a review. I decided to include kiwi anyways, because it's my favourite and it's praticly new.

Johnson's Baby Fraiche Cologne The other day I was searching for toothpaste and bumped into this. I had no idea I had this, it was one of those great surprises. I actually love baby colognes, and I really like this one!

Hilfiger by Tommy Hilfiger Someone gave me this perfume about a year ago, and I gave it good use, but I always felt the fragrance was too strong for me, so I just put it away. Maybe it's the perfume, maybe it's me, but I'm loving it now!

Peach Moisturizing Soap by St Michael The other day I was looking for some tights and I found this inthe back of the drawer. I've never seen this in my life, I had no idea this was in my house! My mom said it came in a gift set but she never used it so she threw it in there. The point is she forgot to take off the package, so the scent never spread. The soap still smells really nice and it seemed really creamy, so I'm going to use it now.

So this is what I found in my stash, I hope you liked this and I want all of you reading this to go and search for some stuff in your house, you might just get lucky! ♥

Aghata Ruiz de La Prada Lip Balms- Review ♥

Hey guys! So I'm doing a review for you today and I'm really excited. Before you start reading, I think you shoul put on Good Time by Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen, just a fun song to get you in the mood! So anyways, the colder days are coming up, and so are thedry, falkey chapped lips. Instead of getting just vaseline or chapstick, why don't you give yourself a treat? These lipbalms are made o petrolium gelly (vaseline) as well, but they smell better and come in super cute containers, so I like to throw them in bag and apply them through out the day.

So on to the actual review, these are described as perfumed vaseline, so the formulation is basicly the same wich I quite like. So I have papaya, passion fruit, tutti fruti, cherry and kiwi. Starting with papaya, it has a peachy colour that I like, but the scent isn't very special to me. I like it tho, I just keep it in my bathroom and apply it after I wash my face or shower. The passion fruit one is actually the only one I'm disapointed with... I love the scent but it's blue! Why would someone make blue lip balm? The colour shows up on the lips so I only wear it around the house or before bed. Tutti fruti is really good, smells very tropical and it's clear so it looks good on the lips. This one isn't with me at the moment, my mom keeps it in next to her bed and she loves ito put it on before she goes to sleep. Then I have cherry wich I love! It smells very sweet, just like cherries, and it has a pretty pink tint to it wich I think is really retty. Finally, we have my favourite, kiwi! I just love the melon-kiwi scent it has, it's super refreshing! It does have a pale green tint but it shows up sheer so you don't have to worry about it. I always have this one in my bag!

I did make some negative comments. However, I love these lipbalms and I would recommend any of them, just has a fun little way to treat yourself, or even as a gift, since Christmas is comming up. So if you ever find these lip balms, just give them a try, and who knows, you might love them! Hope you enjoyed! ♥♥♥

More empties! ♥♥♥

Hey guys! So the last time I did an empties post I got a lot of views so it means it's good for my blog. Also it's great to feel like I'm giving some use to this stuff, some of it has been sitting in my bathroom for ages! So anyways, enjoy! ♥

Nivea After Sun Refreshing Lotion with Aloe I After sun lotion is a super important step in my summer routine because it not only moisturizes and calms any sunburns, it helps my natural tan last longer. Every year I buy this same nivea one because I love the scent. I actually used up two bottles this time, one spray and one cream. I did find the cream one more moisturzing but I loved both. Plus I love the aloe scent it has! Would I repurchase this product? Yes, I will next summer.

Corine de Farme Ultra- Nourishing Body Lotion I love yummy scented lotions, but I always need to have one very basic yet nourishing one, for those days when I plan to use way to much perfume :) This is a great drugstore one, and just has a subtle scent. It's 97% natural wich is great, and it's aproppriate for sensitive skin. Would I repurchase this product? Yes, since it's so affordable and easy to find.

Letibalm Lips and Nose Repairing Balm This is one of those products that has been in my bathroom for years. My mom bought this and I never payd attention to it, probably because of the scent. It's not very pleasent at all, it just smells like a hospital to me. But the other day I was having one of those days when my lips are severly chaped and there's no lipbalm that will solve the problem. I though of it and tried on some during the night. The next morning the chaped, flacky lips were gone! I just used up the whole thing and loved it. Would I repurchase this product? Yes, I probably will!

Palmolive Naturals Milk and Honey Body Wash You guys are probably tired of this product but I just keep mentioning this in all my posts! I used up another bottle this week. It's just the perfect body wash- it cleans gently, nourishes, smells amazingy like honey, is easy to find, cheap and easy to use. Love this! Would I repurchase this product? Of course, I already have!

Garnier Ultra Suave cherry and almond de-tangling mist A few months ago I was just grocery shopping and found this on discount. I picked it up because I loved the cherry scent and also I'm familiar with this range and love most of the products. I just wasn't expecting to love it so much! De-tangling my hair can be super time consuming, but this makes my life so much easier! Also it reduces the frizz and turns my curls into these lovely, beach babe waves that I love, plus it smells amazing! Would I repurchase this product? Sure, I already have.

Herbal Essences Smooth and Soft Conditioner Again, I have an Herbal Essences Conditioner. This time I have the smooth and soft one. It has mandarin extracts so it's a very tropical scent, so it's really good. This is really good for nourishing my hair, and it's good to use in the morning because I don't fell the need to leave it in and wait, I can rinse it off imediatly and it will work just fine. Would I repurchase this product? I bought a L'oreal Elvive one for a change, but I'm pretty sure I will come back to this one in the future.

Nivea Dry Comfort Deodorant This is kind of a boring product, but I wanted to include it because it does the job really well. It has a very subtle, laundry scent so you won't have to wory about it, it smells really nice! Also it doesn't leave any sweat stains wich is one of the main worries! Finally it's aproppriate for sensitive skin, it won't cause you any alergies. So if you're looking for a nice deodorant this would be a good, cheap choise. Would I repurchase this product? I just bought Dove Beauty Finish but I might go back to it in the future.

Rituals Zensation Foaming shower gel This is another of the foaming shower gels form Rituals, my mom got this for her birthday and she let me use it. I love it how a tiny amount of gel lathers up into a super gentle foam, it's a great product! This one has rice and cherry blossom extracts. It's not a bad scent but it's really not that special for me. Would I repurchase this product? Yes, but not int this particular scent. If you want to try it I would recommend the Fuiyama scent, wich in my opinion is better, but it's up to you!

So I hope you enjoyed!

Collective Beauty Haul- Drugstore + Sephora goodie ♥

Hey guys! So today I have a little beauty haul, hope you like this!

L'oreal Elvive Re-nutrition Softening Conditioner
I have been using Herbal Essences Conditioners for over two years now, I thought it would be nice to try out some new stuff. I actually have the deep conditioning version of this and I like the scent and how it leaves my hair really soft, so I decided to get the regular version and see how it goes.

Sephora Vanilla Creamy Body Wash
This is the only non-drugstore thing I got, but it's so nice! It really moisturizes my skin and leaves it soft, plus the vanilla scent of it is delicious!

Palmolive Naturals Milk and Honey Body Wash
I'm sure you've seen this in my posts, this is my all time favourite body wahs. It moisturizes and  gently cleans my skin, plus it smells great!

Garnier Ultra Suave cherry and almond de-tangling mist
I used up a whole bottle of this and had to repurchase. This thing is a life saver! It saves me so much time in the morning. I just spritz some of this, comb through my hair and this leaves it soft and good smelling, like cherries, and of course without any knots!

Labello Fruity Shine Tinted Lipbalm
I've always wanted this lipbalm. It smells amazingly like cherries, conditions lips and gives them the perfect amount of shimmer and colour. It leaves them looking full and rosy, yet natural, perfect for school!

Dove Beauty Finish
Is it weird that I'm super excited over a deodorant? Because I really am, I can't wait to try it. I've always used nivea, and just recently gone throught Nivea Dry Comfort. This time I decided to try Dove, just for a change. Also this deodorant has 1/4 of moisturizer to leave your skin soft after shaving. And of course I love the scent, it's kind of floral, really nice.

Dove Indulgent Nourishment Body Lotion
I just recently used up all my lotions at once, so I had to buy a new one. This one caught my eye because it has shea butter, so I semlled it and it's so good, I had to pick it up!

So that's it, hope you liked it! xx

♥ September Favourites ♥

DKNY Delicious Creamy Merengue So my first favouirte has been this DKNY perfume, I believe it's called Creamy Merengue and it's a shame this is Limited Edition because it's probably my all time favourite perfume. It's vanilla scented but with a hint of lemon. It's the perfect mix between fresh and sweet, and it's a great girly scent. Love it!

Labello Soft Rose and Unlimited Lipgloss So my second and third favourites are lip products and I actually love the way they look together. First I have the Labello Soft Rose, it's a super creamy and moisturizing balm with a hint of pink and some shimmer. On top I wear the Kiko Cosmetics Unlimited Lipgloss, in the shade 04 satin rose. This is the perfect lip combo, it looks girly and innocent but flirty ate the same time. Perfect for school!

I have been loving the Sephora Creamy Body Wash. It's super moisturizing and it smells amazing, it's vanilla scented, yummy! Then I have two Clarins skincare products. I the Daily Energizer Cleansing Gel. It lathers up nicely and I love that it's super refreshing. Also the moringa scent is amazing. I love using it in the shower. I also love the Daily Energizing Toner. I use in the morning since it has this fresh, wake you up boosting feeling, also it closes your pores. At night it removes all the impurities and build up in your skin. This helps a lot with acne, my skin has got a lot better.

Listerine Zero This is a sample of Listerine Zero. I actually love it because it has the same tingling feeling that regular listerine has, but it's soft mint so it's a little bit more gentle.

Candles I have also been loving both these IKEA candles. They were on sale so I got them. The brown one is apple and cinnamon ans the cream one is a vanillary, desert scent. These are so yummy, I love them!

Bows Another favourite have been little bows for my hair. The pink one with little polka dots is from Bijou Brigitte, and the blue one I actually made it myself. I may do a little DIY on it!

Cute socks Finally I have been loving cute socks. These are navy blue with flowers and they're from womens secret. I think little things like this are really cosy and fun.

Cinnamon and Honey Hot Drink for Fall ♥

Hey guys! Yesterday I posted my little hot chocolate recipe and it was actually really fun to do. So here is another one, this one I just made up in the moment and I loved the way it turned out, so I'm posting it! By the way, I have the same, lady bug cute mug! So you want to start with hot milk. But isntead of heating up a whole mug of milk, I like to mix half hot water and half cold milk. It's still nice and warm but you can drink it imidiatly. Then I just add one tbsp of honey and a bit of cinnamon. These are both strong flavours so be carefull!  It doesn't look very nice but I promise you it's delicious! Let me know if you try it out. ♥

Review- Stay smooth this Winter with Veet! ♥

Hey guys! So like I promised, today I will be doing a full review on this amazing cream that will give you smooth legs without shaving! I hope this is helpfull! ♥

So this product is from Veet, it's called Hydro Restor Hair Removal Cream and it's an amazing "shaving" cream that doesn't include actual shaving. It comes in two forms: teere's a cream and a spray. Let's compare them:

Spray:
♥ It's easier to manage, you apply it directly on to your skin, so it's better if you're new with this product.

Cream:
♥ You pay a couple more euros but get a lot more product and you don't waste as much.  I have a bit more experience with it so I always get this one, it's a great deal!

So it's really simple. You want to start by coating the area you want to shave with a good amount of product (don't to this in the shower, your skin must be dry before this). I recommend testing on a small piece first, in case you're allergic to something. You wait 5-10 minutes, it's okay if a little bit is absorbed, just make sure you still have product left. Then you just take this little tool that it comes with and you scrape it off. The hair should just come out like that. Then I just jump into the shower and wash it off. Your legs will fell so incredibly smooth, it's amazing! And that's it, simple right?

After shaving care:
♥ After washing off the excess cream, I like to pamper myself and use a super moisturizing bo wash. I love this one from Rituals, it's called the Foaming Shower Gel Sensation and I love how it lathers up into this amazing, nourishing foam! It's in the scent Fujiyama and it smells like mandarins and fresh mint, it's lovely!
♥ After I shower, I do one final step: moisturizing! I like to use the matching lotion, it's called Mandarin Delight and it has the same scent. It's super moisturizing and the perfect finishing product for this whole process.

So here are the reasons why you should buy it:
♥ It's not painfull at all, and there isn't the possability of you cutting yourself accidently, because there isn't a razor involved, just a plastic tool. Perfect for beginners!
♥ It's specially designed for sensitive skin, so it won't irritate, plus is has restoring and moisturizing properties.
♥ You pay the same price for a razor, plus the regular shaving cream, wich means it's cheaper to get a cream that will do it all for the same price.
♥ Your legs will stay super smooth for 3-4 days. Then it starts growing back, but it will last you at least a week before the hair is even noticable. Plus, it weakens the hair, so when it does grow back, it's not as itchy as if you would do it with a razor.

So has you can see, it's a great alternative to shaving, I deffinatly recommend it!

Just chilling with my hot chocolate ♥

Hi again! I was just chilling in the kitchen, drinking my hot chocolate, and I thought I would show you guys really quickly! So I just throw some cocoa powder on my cute ladybug mug, my favourite is Nesquick. You can see I have two huge cans of it. :) I just add some milk and heat it up. Add some cookies (two digestive, some regular, both delicious) and you're done! This is my favourite snack when I'm at home, it's delicious. Hope you liked it! ♥

Fall Beauty- Essentials! ♥

FALL BEAUTY ESSENTIALS!

Milk and Honey Cream Wash by Palmolive- A soft, moisturizing body wash is my no.1 must have. My skin can get really dry, and when I'm in a rush and I don't have to fully moisturize my body, this is a life saver. Plus it smells amazing, very subtle honey scented.

Veet Hydro Restor- This is the best shaving cream for me. It leaves your legs so, so smooth, you won't even believe it! Perfect for the colder months. Full review coming soon!

Mandarin Delight by Rituals- This is one of my holy grail products. It's the perfect texture, and smells amazing, like fresh mint and mandarins. The scent is really nice, it's fresh but at the same time it's relaxing.

Avéne Hydrance Optimale- My skin is combination to dry, but in the Fall time it can get way to dry and disgusting. This fully moisturizes without being greasy, leaving my skin soft with a healthy glow.

Labello Milk and Honey- I suggest any kind of lipbalm, but I'm including this one because for me, this is the most moisturizing drugstore lipbalm. The scent is amazing, like real honey, and a little goes a long way. It's creamy texture leaves my lips feeling smooth and nice.

R&B by Lush- This is the only hair product I'm recommending, but it's one of my discoveries. This product has a lot of negative reviews, but for me it's really handy and I love that the jasmine scent of it lingers on my hair. My hair is already kind of frizzy, but the rain just makes it worse. I do notice that when I apply this to my ends after washing, it gets a lot less frizzy. It's really good, and you only need a little bit!

Aloe hand cream by J.S Douglas Sohne- This is actually my mom's, I usually don't like hand creams so I don' buy them for myself. I'm really picky with the greasy residue they leave, but I like this one because it just leaves my hands soft and silky. It's lightly aloe scented and really nice for the cold weather.

So that's it guys, hope you enjoyed

Fall Loves ♥♥♥

Hey guys! Today I will be telling you guys about some of the things I love during Fall. I hope you enjoy it!
1. Favorite clothing item?
Cozy, cableknit sweaters! I've been loving a cream one from Mango, it's warm but not too much, perfect for those chilly Fall days.

2. Favorite hair product?
With the rainy days, my hair can get so fizzy! R&B by Lush is an amazing all year around product, but specially fot the Fall. It not only moisturizes the hair, it also reduces the fizz I get.

3. A beauty product I can't live without?
Lip balm! With the cold weather my lips can get super chapped and dry, so I can't live without it.

4. Favorite colours?
For the fall time I love cream, nude, brown, navy blue and sometimes red for a pop of colour.

5. Best Fall scent?
I love spicy, cinnamon scents, but my favorite has to be Vanilla, I love it! For this time of the year I wear my DKNY delicious perfume a lot. I have the limited edition Creamy Merengue, and it's smells like lemons and vanilla, it's delicious!

6. Favorite drink?
Hot chocolate! I love it on the cold Sundays when I'm at home studying and want something delicious to get my mind out of it for a couple of minutes.

7. Favorite dessert?
Apple pie!

8. Favorite candy?
Spicy cinnamon gum, I shouldn't eat gum because of my braces but I love this one so much, it's my kind of guilty pleasure.

xoxo,
-Louise

DIY Lip Scrub using Toothpaste!

Hey guys! So Fall is just around the corner, and with it comes the cold weather, so our lips can get super chapped and not very pretty to look at. In those days, there's nothing better than a lip scrub, but to be honest they're quite expensive and I'd rather spend my money on other stuff. That's why I like to make my own, that's what I'll talk about today.

If you google sugar lip srub recipes, wich I've done a billion times, they all include either clear vaseline, wich I don't have, or the classic mix of honey and olive oil. Let's be honest, it works well but smells and tastes gross. What I like to do to scrub my lips is actually use toothpaste. I've done it a few times an it works amazing, but there's nothing on youtube or blogs about it, so I decided to show you guys. Here's how I do it.

So the main ingredient is sugar. I like to use just regular sugar that you have around the house, but I guess you could use brown sugar or anything else you'd like. For my base, I replaced honey/ vaseline with toothpaste. It's not moisturizing like the original ingredients, but after I scrub my lips, I lick it off anyways, and then I use a lip balm. Make sure you use a toothpaste that isn't too thick, just thick enough. I'm using Colgate Herbal Mineral Salts. Depending on what you use, either it's mint or strawberry flavoured, just take a pea size amount and mix it with half a tbsp of the sugar you picked and mix it on the palm of your hand. Then just apply it to your lips and gently scrub them to remove the dead skin.

Srub for about a minute, and then either wash it off, or lick it if you like the flavour. I guess you could store it in the fridge or something, but it would most likely dry. Since it's so easy to make, I just do some more everytime I use it, so it's fresh and nice. For the perfect finished lips, put on some kind of lip treatment to really moisturize your lips. I'm using letibalm. This little combo will leave your lips full, soft and moisturized, with a natural pinky tint. Looks gorgeous!

I hope you liked my idea, let me know if you try it out! xx

Review- Yes to carrots lip butters!

Yes to carrots lip butters
Hey, guys, I'm back! I just updated this post with some more information, but I will be posting some new stuff soon.  Anyways, I love these lip butters! They're very soft and mositurizing, plus they all smell amazing. They're clear and don't have a taste, so everyone will like them. Because of the more waxy texture, you have to reaply them maybe every hour or so, but one tube will last you forever! They run very cheap and are available at Sephora in 5 different scents. I have the berry and melon (both amazing, melon's my favourite), but I'd love to have the whole collection, I'll probabaly go for the mint one next time.

Some nice ingredients (all organic): Coconut oil, olive oil, beeswax, joboba seed oil, sunflower seed oil, shea butter, orange peel extract, carrot root extract and pumpkin seed extract.

Remember to check out their website:

More posts comming soon!

In and out #1

Hey guys! So from now on I will start to post some of these "In and out", where I will let you know what things I have been loving and not loving as much. So what's in for me:

Health- So lately I've been really into this whole healty vibe. First of all I have been having a lot more sleep wich is really nice for my body in general. I have also been eating healty, I guess that's because I'm at home a lot, so I can eat whatever I want. I've been having a lot of fruit wich I love! I am really liking watermelons and peaches lately. Finally I have been drinking a lot of water. So with all my healty choises I notice my hair is a lot better, and my skin as well since I haven't been breaking out.

Master Chef USA- I was never interested in cooking, until now. But Master Chef is actually super fun, the challenges are amazing and the dishes are so yummy. I've been loving it!

Tumblr and summery music- So I have always loved Tumblr but right now there are so many blogs with lovely beaches, tropical florests and yummy fruit, I'm always there. It's so relaxing and a great way to loose track of time and waste my summer. :) Also Tumblr is a good way to find nice music for summer

My lovely Tumblr, I follow back: http://rosy-peaches.tumblr.com/

Natural products and Lush - Also I've been loving natural products. Since I went to Lush last month I got really into them. Also with Lush I  learned what natural ingredients I should look for in my products (shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, argan oil, etc) so that's really cool. This summer I will go to Spain, and on my trip back I may stop by and go to Lush, I'm so happy!

Pretty Little Liars and Drew Van Acker- So my last obcession has been going on for a while, and that is PPL. About a month ago I started to watch it, and now I'm watching the third season. I still love it because the outfits are even better, plus we get to see more Jason (Drew Van Acker), and I think most of us are happy about that. :)

So now here's what's out for me:
Back to school- I'm not excited at all for back to school. It's going to be the same boring classes, the same teachers and the same people. I want summer, not school!

Shopping- Of course I love shopping, but I'm really happy I've been able to save some money for my trip to Spain (and eventually to Lush)! I noticed that with my blog, I have been going back to my old products and using them up, instead of thinking only about buying more, so that's really nice!

So I hope you enjoyed, xxx

Vacation essentials!

Hey everyone! So today my parents booked us a week on a really nice hotel in Spain! I just love Spain and the spanish girls' laid back vibe, their pretty clothes and amazing hair. So today I am posting my vacation essentials, the ones that will make me look like a spanish señorita!
So let's talk about my beach and pool essentials... Well the first essential is obviously sunscreen. For my body I use Garnier Ambre Solaire Clear Protect+ with spf 20 (center). This is amazing, it's a very light, not sticky spray. It doesn't leave any weird spots and it protects my skin (I never get sunburn). For my face I use the Nivea Sun Anti-age with spf 30 (right). Your face sunscreen should have higher spf, and make sure it has UVA protection as well, because UVA rays are responsable for the wrinkles and spots that you get as you age. I also use spf on my lips with the Labello (nivea) Sun Protect spf 30 (right). This is opaque yellow, and unfortunatly it does show up like that, but it's the highest spf that I own so I end up wearing it even if I don't like the color. I swatched Nivea on top and the Labello on the bottom. When it comes to nivea, when you blend it in it disappers completely wich is good, because some facial sunscreens can leave a white residue and make you look pale.

My other essential will have to be the Garnier Ultra Suave leave-in conditioner. You know when you go into the sea and when your hair dries it gets super thick and salty, and it's really annoying? Well when my hair dries I just spray it all over and it leaves it feeling nice and light weight. Plus it smells very summery, like cherries. To be honest, you should have a product like this but with spf as well, I am just too much of a cheapy to buy a specific one to use for only a week. I'm sorry there's no pic but you can find it in my haircare routine.

So after the beach let's get ready for nigh time! First you want to shampoo your hair. If you're on vacation you are probably washing your hair everyday, so pick up a clarifying, light weight shampoo. The Garneir Ultra Suave 5 plants is a great drugstore product. Also you wanna give your hair a nice dose of your favourite moisturizing conditioner, and you wanna bring a deep conditioner as well (don't use it everyday of course.)

So that should be it for hair. As for your body, stop exfoliating! Do it before the beach, but as soon as you start to tan, don't do it. You don't want to rub off your gorgeous tan! Bring a lot of lotions, my favourite scent for summer is coconut, it's so good! I have the coconut milk body lotion from Sephora. Also remeber to bring some after sun. I use the Garnier Ambre Solaire Golden Touch, it' calms the skin and helps the tan last longer. And don't forget to bring your fave perfume. Lately I've been loving Lemon Merengue by DKNY.

So here's a swatch of the coconut body lotion on the top, and also the Golden Touch on the bottom. It's peachy with some glitters. Once you blend it in it leaves a great shimmer on your body that's super pretty for the warm summer nights. So that will be it for my essentials, enjoy the summer guys!

Summer empties!

Hey guys! Here are my summer empties. I guess you could see this as a review because I'm telling you my opininon on these products. I won't be rating these because I loved all them, I only have super positive reviews, so I'd rate all them with 10/10.

So the first product I've used up is the Palmolive Naturals Milk and Honey body wash. I keep going back to this product, I've gone through so many of these. It smells amazing, slightly like honey. It's a milky consistency, it cleans my skin really well and leaves it soft and smelling good (the scent actually stays but it's not overpowering at all). The packaging is nice, and it lasts me about a month, plus it's quite cheap. I use it almost everyday as a regular body wash. I use it on my whole body (except my face, but it's not oily so I guess you could do it). You can also use it on a loofa and it will lather up really well into this amazing foam. Once in a while I use it in my bath, it leaves the water creamy and honey scented (it's really relaxing).  You can also use it for shaving like I do, and after you shave because it really calms  the skin (wich I also do). So this is an amazing multitasking product, of course I've re-purchased it.

So the next product is a conditioner. This is one of my beloved Herbal Essences conditioners, and as always I loved it. I've never tried this particluar one, it's called Uplifting Volume. I'm not sure if it does give volume but it smells amazing (very tropical, like passion fruit I believe). I use it everytime I wash my hair after I've shampooed. I take a generous pump and run it through my ends. It leaves them really shiny and soft, plus it saves me a lot of time because my hair isn't as tangly. Plus their super cheap. The only thing I would change is the lid, it's not the best I've seen but it's okay. I really recommend these conditioners for any type of hair, they're really good. Obvisously I already have a new one to replace it.

So then I have a lip product. I'm really sad I haven't re-purchased this yet because I really loved it. This is the Labello (nivea) Soft Rose. It's a super moisturizing, long lasting lip balm. I would describe it more as a lip butter because it's so creamy. It smells nice (not like roses tho) and it gives my lips a nice, pinky sheen. It's super cheap, probably the cheapest out of all my lip balms, but it's great quality tho. The package is great, just a regular twist up, plus the lid is super pretty, pink with some flowers. Really feminine. I really recommend this and I'm deffinatly re-purchasing it any time soon.
I also finished two moisturizers. The first one is the Clarins
Daily Energizing Cream. It's very, very light and feels amazing on your skin (doesn't break me out). It leaves it soft and hydrated all day, and it's really good for normal to dry skin.  I don't know what's the price of this product because it was a gift, but this is the travell size. The package is nice, I like it, and I also like the scent, it smells very fresh.

The second one is the Avéne Hydrance Optimale Light Hydrating Cream. This one is a bit thicker than Clarins but it's very nice as well, I use it as my everyday/night moisturizer. The packaging is pretty similar, but the scent isn't as good as the other one, it's more of a clean scent. It has spf 20 so that's really nice for day time. It's recommended for normal and sensitive skin, so it doesn't break me out. I don't know the exact price but it's around 12€. Recommend both!

So the last product is another hair product, and it's also from Herbal Essences. It's the soft and smooth hair serum. To be honest the one I used up was the dazzling shine (light green one), but I  don't have it anymore so I took a picture of my new one beacuse they're the same product, only with different scents. I loved both of them- I use this on damp hair, especially the ends, and I use what's left to give some volume to my roots (but carefully so them don't get greasy). This not only gives volume, it also softens the ends and leaves them shiny. I like both scents but I prefer this one because it smells like grapefruit wich I really like. I totally recommend this product if you have dry ends or just really like soft, healty looking hair.
